This fun couple married on September 7th, at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (Mass MoCA) in North Adams, MA. The venue was truly unique and told the couple’s story perfectly. The unconventional layout required a bit more strategy when deciding where to place guests, gifts and tables. Cindy managed all of the details on the day of the wedding, so the lovebirds were able to simply enjoy the celebration of their new journey together.

The groom’s sister was the officiant for the wedding, and she did a fantastic job. There was a hiccup during the ceremony when Cindy noticed the officiant had forgotten the exchanging of the rings. Oops! But Cindy was quick on her feet and subtly caught the officiant’s attention. Cindy monitored everything at the reception, and it went off without a glitch.

Cindy met with the couple a month before their wedding to finalize details, make calls to vendors and keep the plan in motion. The wedding was exquisite due to her teamwork with the couple, and guests loved the unique touches like the Instagram seating chart with place cards on photos. That was just one detail Melissa and Phil chose, and Cindy’s coordination helped make it a success.
