The Above and Beyond Detaille package is great for busy and long-distance couples. It includes planning and designing by an expert. You can have as much say as you want in the process, while receiving professional advice. We’ll answer all of your questions, and together we’ll make that day everything you dreamed it would be.

This package includes recommendations, styling/design, scheduling visits, meetings and coordination. We’ll help you make financial decisions and book the venues and services you need. We’ll accompany you on site visits and vendor meetings, and fall in love with your dream as much as you have.

This package is optimal for clients who want to be involved in the process, but need help bringing all of the details together into a seamless event. Our expert guidance will help lead the way. If you’ve decided on some of the details, or you’re just beginning the process, we can help you lock in the perfect venue and meet the right vendors.

DETAILLE ESSENTIALS

Month/Day-Of Event Coordination

Perhaps you have just about everything planned, but a nagging thought is keeping you up at night. What if something goes wrong? The only thing you should have to focus on during your wedding is how much love you feel for your partner — not worrying about the flowers arriving on time or lining up the wedding party.

The Detaille Essentials package is great for the couple who is nearly done planning their event or wedding, but needs professional help to manage execution and details, while solving any problems that may arise. Detaille has perfected the art of last-minute changes, unforeseen situations, and the occasional “oops.” Don’t let these things put a damper on your beautiful day. We’ll take care of it all.

We’ll start working closely with you four to six weeks prior to the event and create a day-of timeline. We’ll confirm details with vendors and tie up loose ends to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible.

We’ll even set up and break down wedding and décor items, leaving you and your loved ones to enjoy your new union or milestone. You’ve worked hard to make this day wonderful, and we’re here to support you and handle everything on your special day.
